Main idea and objectives of this project
Development of quality and sustainable capacity building programs through non-formal education activities, mobility of youth workers and leaders, effective dissemination of competences, knowledge, skills and outcomes and their wide validation and recognition will directly lead to high quality youth work, efficient youth program management, better partnership and networking with other youth organizations from Europe and world, sustainability of organizational resources and capacities, promotion and implementation of youth mobility, non-formal education and international cooperation.
This is the course created for participants of Youth Work Market to show what online learning is and how young people can benefit from it.

The aim of this training course is to provide learning opportunity and skills development for youth workers, leaders of international and local youth volunteering activities, projects and programs with special focus on inclusion of young people with fewer possibilities. With this project, we expect youth workers to be able to initiate, develop, prepare, implement and evaluate an independent volunteering initiative.
Main topics of this training course are:
volunteering values and good practice;
exploring leadership of voluntary activities;
leadership styles and personality;
understand inclusion, tolerance, anti-discrimination, equal opportunities and positive social values through activism and volunteering;
improving communication, conflict management, team work, resource management and group dynamic competences;
improving knowledge of interculturality and fostering intercultural learning;
share ideas and future plans for mutual activities with other participants.

Aim of the training course is to provide youth workers with competences and tools for implementing high quality, effective volunteer management system and raising their skills for creating their own local/international short/long-term volunteering programs with young people. With this training course we aim to increase social skills and personal development of participants and raise awareness of importance and values of volunteering.
Topics of this training course include:
gaining competences needed for successful volunteer management in projects, activities and everyday life of organizations on local and international level;
exploring views and attitudes towards volunteering;
effects of volunteering on local community;
improving volunteer system and conditions of volunteers in voluntary projects and activities;
experience and learn how to work in various teams;
expanding and sharing knowledge and sense of interculturality;
improving communication, conflict management and resource management;
sharing ideas for projects with the group and getting feedback and support.

defining competences needed for youth workers in the field of ICT;
exploring different online tools used in youth work;
explore tools suitable for using in different aspects of NGO work;
connecting online and offline tools in reaching young people;
discussing games and their role in learning;
tackling online learning and different tools available;
encouraging participants to create their own projects.

The training course aims to support the quality development of non-formal education activities in the youth work through the development of competences of youth workers for preparing and implementing workshops, trainings, seminars and similar activities organized for youth on local and international level.
Aims of this training course are:
- Provide youth workers with set of practical skills and attitudes for
successful preparation and implementation of non -formal activities
- Develop participants’ competence to design, run and evaluate
non-formal education and training activities at organizational and
international level, based on an adequate needs analysis using appropriate
methodology
- Provide young people with competences to be able to work
individually or in teams as presenters, facilitators andtrainers

different learning styles
and different approaches
in learning
- Increasing participants’ abilities to raise and promote positive
social values through non-formal education
- Explorethe notion of quality in non-formal education and
training activities and how to apply it
- Reflect on the ethical, professional and social implications
of working as a trainer in non-formal education
- Support participants to learn how to guide and facilitate
different processes (group, intercultural, inclusive) in non-formal education
settings
- Support participants to learn how to manage a non-formal
education and training project effectively;
- Reflect on the contribution of non-formal education and
training to the development of a quality youth work
- Providethe participants with space for practicing the gained
skills
- Contribute to personal development of participants and
improve quality of civil society projects and initiatives
- Provide space and facilitate networking and future
cooperation between participants and their organizations
- Secure space for exchange of different experiences,
approaches, practices, methodologies and tools
- Facilitate and provide conditions for future cooperation
between participants and their organizations and promote Erasmus Plus programme
as valuable tool for mobility and education.

the topic and promote values of non-formal learning through different
innovative methods
