ABOUT US
Between 2001 and 2006 we have worked as an informal group. From 2006 we have established YOPA for providing possibilities for young people (aged between 13 and 30) and people who directly work with young  people in our Region as youth workers, teachers, social workers, psychologist, etc. being involved into European youth work in order to improve local youth work.

To become more professional youth workers by using and improving non – formal education in Hungary. To provide the opportunity for young people with fewer opportunities e.g. rural youth, Roma young people, socially disadvantaged young people to participate youth exchanges and EVS, and initiate and run youth initiatives.  
Our mission is to coach NGOs, local youth councils, local councils in South Plain region in Hungary in order to be able to participate in European youth projects and initiate and run youth exchanges, EVS and trainings by themselves in order to give opportunities for their target groups as young people to become active citizens locally and feeling to be European citizens.

WE ARE PROUD OF…
We prepare non – formal educational methods, tools and techniques for youth work and youth training field regarding to different topics as cultural diversity, active participation, human rights, cultural sensitiveness, rural development, Youthpass learning process, etc. Our target groups are young people with fewer opportunities, e.g. rural youth, Roma young people, immigrants, minorities, etc. We coach youth workers and youth leaders to be able to run and evaluate different educational tools and methods in the sake of their target groups. We act as a coaching organisations for youth councils, local NGOs, local youth institutions in order to support them being involved into international youth work and adapt their experiences into their local youth work realities. 2014-1-HU02-KA105-000061 IQ: Intercultural Quality, Seminar on developmental model of intercultural sensitiveness and how it can be put into youth work practice
2014-3-HU02-KA105-000573 Lidera Naturalis in cooperation with SEEYN. The main aim of this training course was to develop youth leaders’s skills and competences for successful leadership of outdoor volunteering activities, initiatives and projects that support healthy life styles and sport. With this project, we expect participants to be able to initiate, develop, prepare, implement and evaluate an independent youth volunteering initiative or project that includes outdoor and sportive activities.

We are happy to find partners for our international youth workers’ mobility projects according to the proposals of Erasmus+ programme.
